Mission Statement: A foundation that supports those suffering from cancer in our community. Helping provide support in an emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial manner.
|

Since our Foundation was formed in April of 2005 we have helped several members of
our community with many special needs. Some needs were financial and some were in
the form of emotional support. We have helped cancer survivors with such needs as
housing expenses, utility payments, car payments, and gasoline to treatment centers,
food and other items related to everyday needs when the cancer patient is unable to
work. We have assisted patients and families that needed to travel to such places as
Stanford for special treatment. Our goal is to help relieve financial problems while our
survivors are going through treatment. They should not have to worry about how they
are going to pay a bill. We want them to concentrate on getting well. If you have a need
please call and we will do our best to help.
The financial assistance that we provide is based on donations that we receive from
corporate sponsors like the ones listed on the home page of this website, and from
many caring individuals from our community.
Our Foundation was formed because we felt we had a need in our community to help
those who might not have help otherwise. If you would like to learn more about us we are
just a phone call away.
All donations stay here in Selma to help those who either live in Selma or work in Selma.
We have no overhead and no paid staff members; our office is located at 2128 North St.,
Selma (inside Bill Tucker & Associates Real Estate, right behind the Post Office). You will
also find information and brochures on many different types of cancer here at our office.
Please help us make a difference in the lives of cancer patients.
